What it actually costs.

$99 minimum per visit — that’s the floor for the whole visit, however many rooms or pieces it covers. Booked alone, a small job (like a single room, or one recliner) lands on $99 because that’s the visit minimum, not because that’s what the item costs. Add a second thing and you’re not paying that minimum twice or stacking the list prices; you’re paying for the actual combined job.

A “room” is up to 200 sq ft. Larger open areas count as two.

Every price here is an estimate. I try to be as transparent as I can with these numbers, but your home isn’t a spreadsheet. The firm price I give you before any work starts is the one that counts, and it won’t change unless you ask for more.
