Exceptional is definitely the word. My wife and I have five animals, including some puppies, so our house was more than a little stinky. After Augie and Fresh Fibers came by, it was like we just moved in again. They showed up on time, had the most competitive pricing in town, and even checked in a couple of days later to make sure we were satisfied with the job.

We are so pleased with how our carpets turned out. Augie was on time, professional, and thorough about explaining the process and what to expect. Our two kids kept getting in the way and he was great with them, even explaining what he was doing when they asked their lots and lots of questions. Our carpet has never felt so clean, and it looks impeccable.

Augie came over and cleaned our two bedrooms, hallway, living room, sunroom, and bathroom tile. Excellent is an understatement. He was extremely friendly and easy to work with on setting up a time and date.
